I haven't trained in 10 years, I'm 45 years old. before that I trained since 16-35 years old and used ph/ds on and off since 18 years old. I have a good supply of older, and hopefully stronger, stuff than today's stuff saved up since many years ago. I'm 6' 5" and 260 lbs and I don't really know if I should start by bulking or cutting first, or a recomp. I'll post some pics of my supply. maybe someone out there will see an obvious cut, bulk, or recomp stack in the works. thanks, Jeff
