2 weeks is enough to regulate beta-2 receptors after long use of clenbuterol?

I used clenbuterol for 6 weeks together with ketofixen, but as they say that even with ketofixen clenbuterol stops working after 6-8 weeks, they think that after this long period of use 2 weeks will be enough to regulate beta-2 receptors?
