I'm on a keto diet.....its 4th of July and my dad's bbq'ing some chicken and spicy italian sausages....I end up eating like 10 sausages and like 20 chicken wings....I've spent the last 2hrs in and out of the bathroom.....I want to go to the gym but I'm worried about pushing to hard and having something slip out.....that would suck!!!! I think all the grease and saturated fat kinda shocked and overwhelmed my digestive tract....I will never eat 10 sausages in a sitting again.....Only 9:bigok:!!!!!
