No. one or the other. It sounds like you need to do some research asking a questuon like this.
 
bump on that lean one....1ad would be useless with M1T...read up on here for a few MONTHS before you even begin thinking about M1T cuz they're is a lot of good info here
 
If you are considering using 1ad, you are probably not experienced enough to jump into M1t. I would run the 1ad cycle first & see how that goes before moving into a hardcore androgen like M1t. Not recommended for a 1st cycle. 1AD/1-test with some 4AD is great 1st cycle experience, & you will have great gains on 1st cycle even at low dosages.
