I'm 21 years, 5'10 at 185 lbs.
I'm wanting to lose a bit of fat(6-8 lbs.) and gain any given amount of muscle.
Starting 11 oxo tomorrow, and would appreciate any hints/advice.
Heres some questions, sorry for the newbness, tried searching but didn't get a clear answer.

1. Will I need to do a Post therapy after my 11oxo?
2. Can I lose fat and gain muscle with it?

you probably should have checked it out. You can find profile of steroids as a sticky on the steroid section. Also I think it would have been better off if you posted in the steroid section as more people can help you out. IMHO tho looking at your stats you dont need roids. Do your gains naturally for now. You'll grow if your diet and training is in check.

Couldn't agree more. Unfortunetly I've hit a major plateau in almost all my weight lifting stats, I've changed up exercises, added calories/protein and still get very little results. I'm only doing a stretch on 11oxo to push me out of this crap.

whats your training look like? i seriously dont think you need any PH's at this point. It bugs me how so many people take short cuts so early on in the game.

My training is listed in the original post.
Would like to workout more, but with college and work getting in the way. When I do hit the gym, I hit it as hard as I can.
 
If you're only dosing 3 pills on work out days - then 2 pills non w/o days then PCT is not as important as if you were taking 6 pills a day. AM is a great place to find such answers to your questions. Let me give you some sound advice - When making a thread and asking a question make sure to add things like diet - w/o program - age - experience - supplement history, that way you won't get questions for questions.

11 OXO is a good product - it is a underdosed PH (Adrenosterone) - so do a search for that - and you should yield some good info.

Good Luck! Oh, if you decide to up the dose (because you should) you can run 6 OXO for your PCT. No need for a SERM with that dose. Maybe check out aPCT by Anabolic Xtreme.
 
try some new routine lifts. looks like 2700 cal aint enough if you hit a plateau. Im currently eatting 3000+ and my gains are coming in nicely. if you think about it a rough estimate for your weight at 185 would be 2775 Cal per day for maintnance. (185x15) (rough estimate but does the trick) so your below your cal to grow. Eat more you'll grow dont worry that much bout the fats eat clean and put the 11oxo on the shelf for another day :)

Lets say I do take 6 pills, would it be possible to do a Post Therapy by simply lowering the dosage to half?

Your PH is useless unless your diet is set!!

Take your calorie intake now and add 500 more calories to it. With your PH, your testosterone will obviously rise, but also your estrogen wont, so this creates a very anabolic state your in. This will lead to greater strength and mass gains, but only if you give your body enougn calories. When your on your PH, your body is more capable of shuttling protiens and glycogen into your muscles. So take advantage of it, and eat more!!! The reason you lose fat on PH's is because most of your calories is driven into your muscle cells, so your body has to use more bodyfat for energy. This means more protein and carbs. A general rule is to take in around 1 and a half grams of protein per pound of lean mass( without counting body fat). You want to stay at a positive balance with your nitrogen to keep yourself anabolic.

Well I might keep my Calories where they're at, so I can lose those extra few lbs. that have been bothering me.
The first day of 11 Oxo and I can really feel a difference, I'm pumped to go to the gym, my mood is much better, my libido is average.

UPDATE: ordered some more 11 Oxo and a bottle of 6 Oxo so I can do a proper PT

Just remember that the gains you make on your PH will be lost once you stop, unless you compensate for the gains you've made and adjust your calorie intake to feed your new muscle gains.

Yeah, I'll be sure to.
I'm starting out cutting so maybe the Cortisol Blocker/PH of 11 Oxo will help speed things up, followed up by a good strong bulking phase.
