is it possible with just diet and training? I say it isn't but only because i've never been able to make improvements at that rate naturally.
 
That depends. What is your bf% currently?

2pounds/week is generally regarded as the maximum safe amount of weight to drop (and keep it off, being real weight dropped, not water weight or such).


If dropping 20 pounds is what you want, then yes that is reasonable in 10 weeks!
