1-test dosing???

I am hoping you guys can help me, I am planning on starting my first 1-test/m4ohn cycle very shortly and I had a question about how and when I should dose it. I am going to take 200mg of 1-test ed. Now I am cusrious if I should take the full 200mg all at once or should I divide it into two doses? Also, if I should divide the doses how long would I wait in between doses? I did try searching first but I could not find an answer to my question and I would appreciate any info you guys can give me. Thanx!

How are you taking the 1t? Oral or transdermal? If oral, the dose looks way low. But, either way, I would split the doses. If you dose 2X day, try to get it as close to 12 hrs apart as possible. If you dose 3X a day, take 8 hrs apart, etc. If I were doing a td, I'd apply twice a day. If taking orals, I'd try to split it into 3 or 4 doses a day.

Two doses. Transdermal creates a natural time release of the 1-test systematically, so blood plasma levels should be relatively stable.

Also, if I should divide the doses how long would I wait in between doses? I did try searching first but I could not find an answer to my question and I would appreciate any info you guys can give me. Thanx!

i have some 1-t caps and 1-t trans. i was thinking of 3 caps a day and then trans before bed what do you guys think???
