1-ad with 4-ad?

If I take 4-ad with 1-ad, is the 4-ad just to help with libido and lethargy, or will I see ADDED gains from it? I f I won't see much more than 1-ad by itself, I will just keep the dose lower to not waste it. I'm not worried about libido or to much lethargy, since I've taken 1-ad alone, so I won't bother with 4-ad unless it gives me more gains in muscle size and strength.Will they compete for the same receptors? Thanks for any help you can give me.
 
4-AD can be used to reduce sides from 1-AD but is also good for gains by itself. Your dosing is what determines what 4-AD will do for you. Yes they do compete for the same enzyme but is only of concern if you plan on very high doses. How much of each do you plan on taking?
 
My clients love the 1-AD / 4AD combo.  I would say it is better than 1-AD alone (although 1-AD alone has produced some impressive gains).  If you ahve tried 1-AD before, try it with 4-AD and compare your results.

Have you considered BDC Nutrition's T-1 Final (Transdermal) for 30 on, 30 off, 30 on, 60 off? The transdermal is a more efficient delivery (35 to 40% compared to 14% for 1-AD and 5% for 4-AD) and the 1-Test is the target hormone for 1-AD so no conversion necessary. In other words, 1 squirt twice daily of T-1 Final would be more than your proposed dosage. Also, the $56 (member store) for the 60 days will be more cost effective than the $111 for 1-AD and $92 for 4-AD for your proposed 45 day cycle.

What are you using for post cycle recovery?

You should see good results with this dosing. Since you've been on 1-AD before, you can prolly go to 600mg. At 600/900mg of 1-AD/4-AD you will be very happy with the results.

I agree with TatorTodd that a transdermal is more efficient and cost effective than oral dosing. It would also be in your best interest to have nolva on hand in case of gyno from the 4-AD and clomid or nolva for post. I would never start a cycle without post-cycle meds.
 
What about T-1 Pro? What are the doses compared to T-1 Final? At Powernutrition T-1 Final is $39.00 and T-1 Pro is $89.00. How long would T-1 Pro last me, or how much T-1 final should I do, how much to buy? For post cycle I have already got 6oxo, Tribex 500 and ZMA. Thanks again for your advice.
 
At the top of this page, click on the link that says "member store." It will take you to Powernutrition but you'll see better prices.

The T-1 Pro is an 8 oz bottle whereas the T-1 Final is a 4 oz bottle. Comparing the two at 8 oz you'll see that they both have 5 g of 4-AD, but the difference comes with the amount of 1-Test. T-1 Pro has 10g whereas T-1 Final has 5 g. Primarily due to 1-Test lethargy, Chemo dropped T-1 Pro and T-1 original and came out with T-1 Final. Due to popular demand, he reintroduced T-1 Pro.

The standard dose for both T-1 Final and T-1 Pro is the same, 1 squirt twice per day (some have tried higher doses).

Run a search on here and you'll see lots of user feedback on both. Bear in mind, that the two being sold now are using the new transdermal formula which is more efficient than the old formula and seems to be easier on the skin.
