So, today I hiked 3 miles through the woods. Never was one for those indoor cardio machines.
Lifted weights. My resources are limited but I managed DB bench press and 1-arm row, 1-leg DB deadlift, curls and tri ext., DB split squat. The numbers are pathetic so I'm just gonna hide that shame...

I'm at 32. I'm about 5'9" and have a smaller frame like a--cringe--dancer. Prior to hearing about this contest my waist was hovering at about 30 (when I'm in peak condition it's 29) and I had what you might call--cringe--a swimmer's body. :lmao:

I spent a couple weeks making myself fat and atrophied. A diet ~15,000 calories and almost zero movement from my computer chair produced nice results.
