Bloodwork will tell the story but I would ask about splitting that dose to twice a week just to even out. That dose might get you high enough that the trough doesn't get you too low. Takes time to figure out as it is all individual.
I'm going on 1 year thus summer and the energy and libido is there, but no real change in body comp. That's probably dose dependant and I am on the low end for trt.
You're not going to just get shredded right away for this summer starting at 7/16 on test. It isn't magic. Just eat at a slight surplus and don't go too crazy and when beach season is over up it a little more and bulk out through the winter. Try to keep it sane and don't get too fat. Looks like...
Sometimes it's better to pay cash so you aren't limited to what they allow. The test is cheap enough without insurance, and your labs are done locally.
They are a telemedicine trt clinic. I'm only on second pin. Different benefits come at different time periods. Google try benefit timelines and you should find a list of what's typical.

Does this actually mean that a keto diet can make TRT less effective? I have been hearing quite the opposite lately. Unless I am misunderstanding something and maybe TRT plus keto pushes TT higher at the expense of Free T.
People post what can be perceived as negative experiences because TRT isn't a one size fits all thing, and it takes time to dial in. Myself, I started at my GP...asked for T levels after most of my calories seemed to be just going to fat even though I was lifting consistently and heavy. Came in...
