For us bigger guys, 6 caps is where it is at, I dosed 3 pre 3 post a few times and had a very positive experience. Made me want to eat an entire family buffet, though.

Both will get the job done, just make sure you titrate your dose to the level where you FEEL GOOD, AIs are a very individual thing and you should be willing to adjust dosage no matter what product you choose.
