well guys today marks the end of my swole stack run.
i apologize for not posting more. kinda wanted to log my run a bit. life gets busy.
but... i really really liked the stack. i would definitely recommend for a recomp. i lost 7 solid pounds. muscles much more full. more vascular...
well im a little torn on the issue of 5on/2off. i work out Mon-Fri. taking weekends off. if i knew legitimately that i did not necessarily need to dose on off days i definitely would not.
anywho, today was second day of the swole stack. feeling the same. figured it would take a week or so...
alright went with the swole stack. today is my first day. wont necessarily be doing a log. but i will definitely post back here w/ some impressions.
hey pembroke i'd like to hear more about what you have to say on the swole stack. and should i dose exactly the same on non lifting days?

would it be overkill to add some drive in there as well? i really like the mood elevating properties of of drive. how about rpm?

hey fellas with your help i successfully ran an 8 week cycle of mass fx max strength and drive.
i was very happy with both products and the results. decent strength gains and leaned out.
its been a month now and i wanna hit it hard again with another test booster. any suggestions, please...
