    I currently use animal pump prewo and torrent post workout.....i want to try assault but was worried about how much creatine is in the product. I have great results with the ammount in animal pump, but if i switch is there a large difference in dosing?

    Thanks so much for your reply. I will give it a month and see how well i do with the added torrent and post back here. If it is anything like i have seen thus far with animal pump I will be a very happy camper.

    I don't know if this is a getting older thing, but the morning after i lift now my left hands pinkey and ring finger tighten and almost lock up when in a fist. Only in the morning and it goes away after using my hand for a few minutes. Do i have Arthritis? damn i'm too young to be getting...
