    Get Garcia's book, it is worth it. Anyway, I love the Xguard, but it there is striking, I would avoid it unless you like getting hit in the face. If there is striking then I like the rubber guard.

    Knee straight up the middle(groin) or an elbow in the same area. Just make sure not to get caught in any submissions after that because they will not be nice about it. Seriously though, I like standing and passing with a gi. No gi, I like a low shoulder pass.

    Matt Lindland. Sadly, UFC continues to not allow Matt Lindland back into the mix. Does no one think Chonan can get a repeat? ;) I would like to see Machida drop down in weight and fight Silva. I think it would make for a very interesting stand up battle but it will not happen.

    A smart fighter would do 1 of two things against Kimbo. Chop him down with leg kicks or take him down. He has not trained long enough stop a well rounded fighter from doing either of those two things to him.

    I saw this fight. Unfortunately, it was the main event when there were better fights more deserving of that title. Boring fight in my opinion. Tank stood in front of him and did not move his head at all so the outcome was obvious.
