Divide 330/recommended dose on bottle. Sorry I have asked before for a specific and cant get it, but the dose is just over the 330mg dose per day in the recommended dose.

If I remember correctly when I asked about this before I was told a serving size was approximately equal to the 1andro study so 330mg/serving size should give you a good idea.

It might mess with your sleep a bit at 8pm lol But honestly I love the stuff its the best preworkout I have ever had!

No but I can see how it could for some at times. It does have kind of a stimulation effect. I would avoid taking it the last 4 hours of your day to be safe.

99.9% of the time you wont know if it does anything by day 4. A few you can feel right away but its rare give it more time if by the end of week 2 you feel nothing you might have been ripped off.

Based on the label that should be some potant stuff how long have you been on it?

I did and enjoyed it most preworkout I would try to get one dose in before your workout maybe with fish oil and a shake if you can't do a meal.

Yes it will work that way as well. I've tried up to 5 at once that seemed like a bit much for me at one time but only side effect was a headache from the vasodilator in them.

At this point I've ran it just about every way you can for me I like 6 per day spaced out it gives a great pump and motivation to hit the weights! If it were me at least 6 weeks but 8 would be best IMO
