I am on a 2nd cycle of 6 bromo, taking 100 mg, which works well.
I spread the dose out, 25mg in the morning, 25mg with lunch, then 50mg pre workout.
I also run it side by side with Prime - 6 caps a day (2 in morning, 2 at lunch, and 2-3 pre workout). One of the best stacks I have ever run.
