    Thanks everybody for the replies. I'll try that. I'm not sure how I"m gonna get a hold of nolva but I'll see what I can do. I'm going to start the cycle soon so I'll post a log with some pics if anyone is interested.

    I'll tell you what. I moved across the state for two years. When I left I was 5 foot 10 and about 135 lbs. I came back at 5 foot 10 187 lbs (about 18 percent body fat but still damn good imo...)
