    I personally vote for the Chuck Taylors. The have a nice flat sole with alittle bit more ankle support.

    I just use chalk and occasionally some wrist wraps from APT. I was never a fan of gloves. I just never felt like I had good control of the weight.

    What is your goal? Are you trying to put size on your legs? Increase your squat? Or is this more sports related, like to increase your speed and quickness? Just my opinion, but leg extensions of any kind can kill your knees.

    Ok well I am not playing on using AAS anytime soon but I have been reading and hear about HCG for PCT. My question is what is HCG? I have search but came up empty. I am just researching like I do most of the time. THanks
  8. Protein customizer?

    I personally like BSL. I tried Protein Factory, and there wasn't anything wrong with, but i like BSL better. Maybe it was the taste? Don't remember exactly.
