Agree with Woody. I immediately read it as I wasn't very good with my diet and training so most of the weight is fat and water. Anybody with enough intelligence to write a post or anything for that matter knows that you can't put on 50+ lbs of water. Some people just have a need to call others out.
Why don't u follow IF? I'm the same as you in that regard so I only have around 40% of Cal's during the day and the rest after 6. Allows me to go to bed on a full stomach.
Interesting....I came off a cut about 4 weeks ago and this time tried carb back loading and I've managed to put on a little mass. Strength has increased a lot and not added any fat. All previous attempts resulted in adding a noticeable amount of fat.
I ran it and run 3 to 4 times a week. I felt a slight drying effect in my joints but nothing that was noticeable when running. Although maybe because of the calorie deficit but my libido plummeted in the last week and half
