I eat 6 meals a day plus Postworkout shake 40 g P and 80 C with creatine
I eat each meal 50 g of high quality protein (fish , chicken , eggs , cottage chease ...)
example 200 g of tuna cooked or chicken 250 g of cod , i usually mix eggs and cottage for combined total of 50 g...

Also what about storing steroids like sustanon or EQ i was thinking on that picnic box
that cools stuff a bit only , lets say keeping things fresh

4-16 pregnil 250 i.u 2x week
PCT starting week 17
Day 1 - Clomid 200mg + Nolvadex 40mg
Following 28 days - Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg

After some long research i decided on a Sustanone -EQ cycle as a base
My states are 195 cm 80 kg 22 years
I have trained in gym for 5 years , mostly endurance (high reps)
Yes , you may say underweight but that is becouse of long time triathlon training
