    I am taking an HDrol 11-oxo bridge and I just have a simple question that I can't seem to find the answer. I am taking 6 pills of 11-oxo. How should this be taken? Broken up in the morning and then pre workout or how should it be distributed? I am currently taking 1 hdrol pill in the morning...

  3. Expiration?

    I have 3 bottles of Epi that I bought quite awhile back.........maybe a year and a half or 2 years ago. There is no expiration date or anything on the bottles. Is it still good or does it have some sort of expiration time to it?

    Sorry I should have added...... I am 5'10" and weigh 208. I am at around 11-13% BF and want to cut up into the single digits.

    Would this be a good recomp cycle? I am thinking of doing something like Hdrol : 50/50/50/75/75/75 11oxo: 0/0/0/6/6/6 What would be a sufficient PCT for this? Would reversitol be enough with PCT assist? Thanks!!!
