this is my diet and ive dropped 14 pounds in just 2 1/2 weeks
meal 1. 2 scoops whey pro, 1 fat free yogurt
meal 2. 2 scoops whey pro, 1/2 cup of strawberries + 1/2 banana
meal 3. 3 cups lettuce, 8 oz of white meat, 4 rice cakes
meal 4. same as meal 2
meal 5. (on train days) 3 scoops...
