I appreciate the information. I'm certainly not looking to over train. Just find the best mix. I really like the idea of one body part in the morning, and 1 in the evening with cardio each day in between. I think I'll try that. :)
I am wanting to workout twice a day (weightlifting) and wondered if anyone here did this and could tell me what a good split is for it. (I want to do weights in the morning, cardio through out the day in various forms and weight lifting again at night.
