    It says in there that people do 5000 a week, so I dont see what I went wrong with. I do have IGF though, it says take 80 mcg's twice a day, but it does not say for how long.

    Any dairy prodcuts, eggs, milk, cheese, butter, will make me break out I read this book called "Eating your Type" It is a great book, I learned what I can an cannot eat according to my blood type. 0+

    No it shrunk my penis afterwards, cause I did not do a proper PCT, thats why, while I was on it, I got really big. If I had done the proper PTC that would not have happened, but the IGF had gotten me bigger than I was

    Well someone told me to read all of basskillers stuff so I did, and I learned a lot and I saw that and was like "WTF", but I am getting all hte IGF Results and all of you guys here use MR as well as I did, I just want to get your opinions ya know?
