Thanks for the advice angel77, for my stat's im 5, 10 and sitting at 210lbs not a lot of fat just not in the best shape. ive been lifting heavy for about 4 and 1/2 years now. As for supplements ive taken hemadrol, h-drol, s-drol, supermastervol, sus 500, and tren 250, obviosly not alll at once...
