    no im refering to the water you use to dilute it before injecting........u know once its in the syringe. i was misinformed and told that the igf should come with the bacteriostatic water you mix with before injecting, i ordered some today, but i would like to begin injections imediately...

    try getting one of those grips you can carry around with you that you squeeze, every time you are driving your car, switch between hands every fifty squeezes or so, and just squeeze and drive away till your hearts content.....
