My diet is in the rang of 4000 - 5000 calories with about 300 gr of protien. A lot of brown rice, tuna, chicken, red meat, sweet potatoes, peanut butter, peacons. Try to do one shake in morning and one after workout. Oh yeah, a lot of eggs.
