    I'm the same way if I used exotic stimulants so I only use stuff with DMHA once in a blue moon and honestly most of the pre's that I use without the exotics work very well for me especially as I've gotten older.

    I totally agree with you when you say they should lower the stimulants so they don't need to put the L-Theanine in it. The one ingredient they need to lower is the caffeine and honestly if your using QUALITY focus and other stimulant ingredients you really only need 250-300mg of caffeine...
