    ok im a noob, trying to lose some weight.. untill a few weeks ago. i was eating whatever i want, however much i want, i didnt eat breakfast at all, i just waited for lunch which i now know is bad to do. its better to eat 5 meals or so right? oh and i was eating late too. also. late night...
