Well here a rough idea of I eat in a day:
Breakfast
2 slices 100% whole-grain bread.
1 whole egg plus 2 egg whites.
1 cup skim w/ 1 oz. cheese to eggs.
Snack
1 small red apple.
5 whole-grain crackerstopped with sliced
mozzarella.
Or
Protein Shake: Mix 20 g whey protein powder with 1 cup...
Looking to lose about 60lbs. Currently my diet is about 1600 cals a day, but I suffer from hypothyroidism and its putting a serious monkey wrench into the mix. I was hoping I could get some help from anyone who knows about this type of thing, I know some about diets (avoid soy!) and working out...
