    thats how my weight training sessions are now , then I add in the plyo/ cardio bursts. My rest between sets is about 10-15 seconds. I'll even change things up and do all body weight workouts( bodyweight 500) just to throw my body off.

    I take a cla for my fats and add a tsp of nat. P butter in one of my whey shakes. Also currently using sesamin supp. I don't do any other cardio. was debating on adding cardio, but feel that won't help. Any supps that may help?
