    I'm 5 foot 5 inches. I weight 155. If I was to take a guess 18-23% body fat I do cardio 3-5 times a week for 30-45mins. I eat 6 times a day at about 1300-1600 calories a day. I also drink 1-1 1/2 gallons of water a day. My diet is clean clean clean! 45% Protein 35% Carbs. 20% Fats My goal...
