I say it depends on body type.
Guys with faster metabolism, Ectos can get away with eating more protein than Endos who put on fat easier and should be more careful of overeating.
Ive heard everything from 1G of protein per kg of body mass to1 -2G per lean mass.
As long as I get in around 30G...
