I have heard some mounting evidence of vitamin E not being needed in the doses people often take, so this comes as no big shocker. I would like to see the actual study though, I wonder how many variables are not...
Ok gents, I made a 50mL bacth of 200mg/mL EQ with the following:
10mL EQ
35mL cottonseed oil
1.5mL BA (3%)
6 mL BB (12%)
Well after filtering and baking it precipitated and was still cloudy, so today I added 1.5mL more BB and baked again at 250 deg for 45 minutes......after it cooled down it...
OK, so I should have taken these last week as I'm in week 1 of my cycle, but there isn't a major difference this week ;)
Cycle is:
weeks 1-4 M1T @ 20mg daily
weeks 1-12 test cyp @ 500mg weekly
weeks 1-12 EQ @ 600mg weekly
weeks 8-14 winny @ 50mg
also running Tri-max weeks 1-4 @ 3 caps daily...
