if i were you i would quit taking both. for 1. you are only 22, why do you need to cycle anyway? if you feel you really need to cycle , before going a route like that i would try a test booster before a PH , especially as young as you are.

well i would suggest you do A LOT of research before you consider doing a cycle of anything. if you have to ask what to take with it then you are not ready for a cycle.
