The key to having a strong bench is not only a strong chest. Strong triceps, shoulders and back are several key factors. So perhaps working those muscle heavy as well, your bench will go up.
Nice back and chest. Like said above, triceps and shoulders are lagging a bit. And from what I can see, so are your calves. Making sure your diet is sounds as well as your training, before supplementation. Keep up the great work bro.
Proper nutrition and cardio will produce the results wanted. Eat 6-8 meals, whole foods. Keep the bulk as clean as possible. The more fat you put on, means more fat you have to lose while on a cut.
