    ryac I haven't tried m1 by hard rock but from the research I have done its another legit clone. Personally I would just use dbol its a lot stronger and dirt cheap. I read that to compare to dbol you would have to buy 2 bottles of hard rocks m1 which isn't much of a deal

    You can expect more nights of terrible sleep, I get bad insomnia on sd. You can try melatonin to help or otc sleeping meds. I think the worst side from sd is the lack of sleep I get and the lethargy that is constant. Keep those calories up and you will continue to gain :)
