Great thread, Sheesh....I'm a big "cook" myself, but I do tend to hit some energy bars and things like that from time to time. Also, I was very interested in the "margarine"....Thanks for the info...great stuff!
Big...BMZ is dead on....as he said a mixture of the two is optimal. You might try sticking to the whey during the day and using the casien @ night right before bed....this way your body will utilize it while you sleep...just a thought
Wind...that's a great thread! My question is, How would you lower your risk of having insulin resistance (thus avoiding this problem)? Thanks again for the thread...
