    Is it safe to stay on a high protein diet indefinately? if i am dieting with a 40P/40C/20F diet can i stay with these ratios indefinately or should i occasionally decrease my protein intake and increase the carbs? What type of time duration would you guys use the 40/40/20 for? Thanks
