Best Anti Estrogen Supplement
Just came off a PH cycle which left a minor case of gyno, currently taking Formadrol Extreme 4 caps per day, any point of taking Erase simultaneously? i am currently unable to get my hands on any nolva or temoxi, any other suggestions as in trying to get rid of my bitch tits?- bones168

p slin is best when takin with bcaa's and creatine. i guess u could use rpm as a sub for a pre work out NO but again 2 diff things only thing in common is the pre work out hype n energy that u get from both. id go NO product + p slin + bcaa's for 60 days and then run a sick stack with RPM +...- bones168

thank you thank you far to kind.. lol jp 3 months is more than enough to put on 10lb it just depends on how bad u want it. eat like crazy, give your supps a go, and hit the gym hard n u should be A OK! but then eat some more. the recommended age for using PH is about 25, but hell im 23 2 n started early. so for that ur ok. u said that u are currently at 185 and want to be 195 = 10lb. difference. i wont lie, and not to burst ur bubble or any thing but 10lb just off of MFX isnt really realistic.
