ive workout my entire life. im 5'7" 180# 35 years old.
i just got serious about 2 years ago with my training.
i was at 240# and cut down to 180. im stuck here.
i want to lower my bf and keep my muscle. i have ran 1 cycle previous. test e 500mgs/ week and deca 400mgs/ week...
