    Thoughts on my dinner?

English is my second language but I believe the correct term for this is "jealousy".

    SAME MUSCLE

Depends on your workout and exercises; some may go along with this, some may not. It is all up to recovery time needed as pointed. I used to enjoy doing something similar to this; I would do complex exercises one day and then focus on the specific muscles the next, had a lot of success with it...

    Anyone try Dogg Crapp Training?

I had to change it so much it wasn't even funny, but even still I found it to be very effective. The whole concept and the main ideas are wonderful and I still utilize them. 20 - 30 minutes at the gym each day, can't beat that. Having no spotter, bad shoulders and following a CBL meal plan...

Cardio on bulk - HIIT or LISS?

Also on the both train... I do HIIT for 20 minutes on a bike with 30 second sprints every 2 minutes and then move to the treadmill and do on max incline at ~4mph for another 20 minutes. Seems as the HIIT makes my LISS much more effective and keeps the heart rate higher for the duration of it too.

Best angle for hack squat machine?

Have I asked anyone to feel sorry for me? I stated that a squat bench purchase is not viable, plain and simple, and then I get called out for "not wanting it". And driving 50 minutes, paying an extra $200 a month in order to be able to squat 1 or 2 times a week when I have a perfectly good gym...

Best angle for hack squat machine?

Alright dude, for calling me out; I live in a 1 bedroom apartment that is 480 sq feet. Feel free to design something that would allow for me to have a living room, a bedroom and a fking squat rack in there. By all means, please, PLEASE do. Show me the floorplan in which I will have a couch, a...

Shoulder gone bye bye. What program now?

Nope... Cyst needs to be removed, it won't shrink on its own and right now it is impeding the nervous system so therefore I have very little strength on several angles with my shoulder, not to mention the pain. I'm sure I'll get a few stares as I am doing pull ups, chin ups and dips on the...

Shoulder gone bye bye. What program now?

I'll def be taking this time to work on my lagging muscles (legs and left arm) and see where that takes me... I just remember how annoying and long my left shoulder surgery was and the amount of time it took me to get back to where I was prior to the injury... so there's the psychological side...

Shoulder gone bye bye. What program now?

Really? this is quite interesting indeed. So, lets say, Monday I workout legs, Tuesday I workout my left side, wed rest, thur leg, friday left side? This is indeed really interesting. I can't help but think I'll end up like the dude from Lady in the water but I'd assume once I'm back to fully...

Staggering carbs of various GI, fiber, complexity in meals

Alright, so, with all of this in mind, is CBL then completely bogus? I honestly have had my best results doings CBL, no food until 2PM, then I have lunch filled with veggies, greens, and fatty protein, drenched in olive oil. Leave all my carbs for after workout, eating a sh!tload of sugar...

Shoulder gone bye bye. What program now?

So, here is the deal. I've got a cyst of the size of a grape on my right shoulder between tendons. Meaning, surgery is inevitable. If it's anything like my last one, at least a couple of weeks completely out of the gym (I'm getting a second opinion this upcoming week so I'll know better what the...

Best angle for hack squat machine?

Kinda two in one answer here: There are "somewhat" of heavy dumbbells. They go up to 90lbs. But that puts a halt at (duh) 180lbs. Which in all honesty isn't so much of a challenge so I've been doing with these as a widowmaker at the end of the workout, going up to 20ish reps. The only problem is...

Best angle for hack squat machine?

Jesus Christ... I am well aware that: - free squats are better - hack squats are not the best - leg press alone wont do anything But if you pay attention I: - Cant afford a squat rack for my house - My house does not have room for a Squat Rack - No gyms around have squat racks. NONE. No gyms...

Best angle for hack squat machine?

I live in a metropolis, not in the US, in an apartment, with no better gym option within a 50 minute drive. There is no way around it, which brings me back to the original question as to what would be the best angle.

    Diet advise

I was in no way, shape or form advising him to use epi, on the contrary. From what I understood, he was taking Epi prior, stopped and is now gaining weight. I am merely pointing out the fact that, if that was indeed the case, most likely the reason why he was losing fat and gaining some muscle...

Best angle for hack squat machine?

Best angle for hack squat machine?

No squat hack in my gym unfortunately, so it has to go with machine. Interested on input as well on feet placement since I will be going on a guided position. Should I keep my feet well in front of my body or what? Last time I had some lower back pain, like I pinched something, so surely would...
