    Thanks for the input. It has gotten alot better. It just kind of freaked me out for a minute. I have never had that kind of problem, and don't care for it as far as that is concerned. The last week has been a big improvement.

    I would like to hear from other forum members what they think about this stack from ALRI. I am taking all 3 at once. I did the JW for 3 weeks then went on to this cycle. I am going to do this cycle for 4 weeks, then go to Retain and Restore. I would like to hear good and bad and why.
