I have heard that there haven't been any concrete findings that small amounts of soy are harmful, but rather possibly in larger amounts taken consistently.
But again this is just my personal preference and wouldn't recommend anyone do anything they aren't comfortable with on their own.
I personally don't mind a bit of soy, but of course thats just my own preference and understand those who want to completely avoid it.
They also carry a Vegan protein called Planta in many different flavors and contains no soy.
