Suggested use is to take approximately 30mins before eating a meal. I'm guessing on a completely empty stomach.

So at my gym I have the option to do a conventional barbell Squat on a power rack, but also use of the V Squat and Hack Squat machines...
For some reason I find the hardest exhausting movement to be the Hack Squat.
What do u guys recommend as a good routine and what are the benefits of using...
