    You're right, just to maintain I need about 2,200. I figured the mass shake thats 600+ calories with fruit and milk 300+ would do something. I know drinking your calories isnt the best option but its helped get more food down later in the day.

    Yeah I think I may have hyperthyroidism. Both my mother and grandfather(her father) do. Considering starting a log for my weight gain with MK-677, supplements and diet. Something to look back on and keep me on track.

    Thank you man. I will try dosing in the a.m. when I start. I lost over 15lbs sense my injury. I'm going to avoid squats and deadlifts for another month or so until I'm confident in my recovery. I'll work the calves and do leg raises for the time being just to give my legs some sort of stimulation.
