    My doctor told me the same thing but I chose to give prolotherapy a try first. I had 4 injections and am totally healed. The key to prolo is making sure the injection is given in the point tender spot. The injections are not fun but the result is great.

    The tingling sensation is more than likely the Niacin. I take 2000 mg per day of the flush free. I can always tell real quickly if a supp has Niacin in it. I haven't tried PW yet but I believe it has a small amount. Nothing harmful about it except it feels kind of weird.
