    I'm not entirely sure which of the components you tweaked @dsade ,but I have NO bloating with Epitomev3, and it kills my appetite. The only difference is that I need 6 caps (3x3) a day. Time to get shredded for the summer.

    @dsade Question, despite having shellfish allergies, I've never had an allergic reaction to epitome (at least not a noticeable one), but do you think that this may be a reason why I am not seeing the same or similar results as others?

    I'd say high 20's to low 30's. Normal dosage of 2 x 2. Going to crank the dosage up to see if it makes a difference.

    I've not seen a difference in appetite or increase of heat due to thermogenesis. I honestly think I have digestive issues. Also, I feel as though I've gotten hungrier.
