    How often would you eat before you went fasting? when do you wake up, when do you eat your 8 hr window? Try adjusting it. Waking up and eating a breakfast and a light lunch may be easier to then wait till bed than waking and fasting till lunch and a light dinner

    Make sure they let you do your own injections at home and inject twice a week. Don’t agree to pellets or gels and don’t go for a one a month or once every two weeks injection. You need frequency to minimize peaks and valleys in your hormones
