Not sure if cAMP increase could happen so quick but just the past few days the deficit i've been on for a good while is making me bit hungrier at times. It'll be interesting to see how my weight reacts.
Oh i fully agree, as a matter of fact i am thinking about ordering more soon to see how it goes over the course of a full year. i have about 8-10 weeks to transition from cutting to maintaining then eventually a surplus.
Been using this for two days and the pump is certainly a day one effect. Does it improve with use bc it "builds up" or is it just consistently there? I have been in a moderate deficit since March, this has definitely revived my workouts a bit.
appreciate the feedback. i ran AE once during its initial release but i don't believe i gave it a fair assessment due to my diet and training being crap. I wasn't very motivated then. I'm going to run it again in a few months.

Yes, it was well worth it and pine bark is extremely underrated imo. the cost+shipping makes it difficult so I mostly went with one healing scoop through the 2 tubs I bought.
Definitely going to grab some MA pump, Vasoforce XT, and Peak Performance pump ASAP. Thus far the best product strictly for pump I’ve ever used is Serum Code: Inf8 by Biohack.
